CHEST PAIN AND RASH

Thank you for your response on the rash.  I still have the rash and have been to my cardio dr, patient first, and dermotolgist and cardio dr. thinks that it is not the meds.  patient first has no idea and the dermo said it was my meds.  Was in the hospital for some series chest pain and found out that my blood work showed high levels in my i think its called dime.  where it can show if there is a blood clot.  but they could not find one.  I am so frustrated and feel horrible with the chest pain and this rash that I have a for almost 2 weeks now.  It would be nice to find out what is going on with my body so I may have a decent life.  will be calling my primary.  feel that i could start there and go from there.  any help would be great.

Thank you for your response.  Its not shingles.  So I have been told.  But now my lymph nodes right under the crease of both arms are very sore and I am still having some chest pain but not as severe as when I went to the hospital.  The D-Dimer was very high and it has me concerned as to what do I do next. I am at a lost as to what to do.  Just need some relief.

The test is D-dimer which checks for products in the blood that show a clot is present or was present and has broken down. Since your own body does the job of dissolving clots in most cases, I can't imagine that you would have an allergic reaction to that. I'm glad you don't have a clot however.

And it's not shingles?
