Can a Spanish-reading person answer this please?

I just had an EKG and the following in Spanish was on the test results. Can anyone read this and tell me what it means?

Intervalo PR 164 ms:
bloqueo de la rama derecha

Duracion QRS 128 ms:
bloqueo fascicular izquierdo anterior

QT/QTc 404/486 ms:
bloqueo bifascicular

I am an American living in Mexico and my Spanish is just OK. I want to know if these test results mean actual blockage or can the results be caused by blood pressure or cholesterol medicine?

Hi Ken, My Cardiologist says I have a very strong heart, with a couple of small blockages. Nothing to worry about. Thanks for your imput.

There could be a electrolyte imbalance from an indicate diet, etc., and/or medication.

"PR interval 164 ms:
right bundle branch block"

>>>The PR interval reflects the time the electrical impulse takes to travel to contract the right ventricle.  The bundle branch is the pathway for the electrical impulse and there may be some blocking that slows the contratility of the right ventricle....not a very serious issue and shouldn't cause any problems. But it could indicate a problem at the source (AV node).

QRS duration 128 ms:
left anterior fascicular block

"QT / QTc 404/486 ms:
bifascicular block"

The doctor may accept or disregard the EKG output based on further tests, symptoms, health history, etc.  The interpretation seems to indicate an arrhythmia of the heart rate.and the medical significance is for the doctor to evaluate.
