Can an ECG be wrong?

I am 23 young, fit and fine. I had to get a regular medical test done for my job which involved an ECG.
I have never been without clothes in front of someone and was simply uncomfortable.
I have had an ECG done before which showed my results as normal.
But this one showed I had arrythmia (slower heartbeats, it showed a missed heartbeat). Is it possible that I missed a job simply because the results were wrong?

Yes ECGs can be wrong if leads are not applied properly. Also some people do get missed beats sometimes which is not a major concern. But it is a problem if you get them on daily basis .Do get yourself checked again.
