Thanks,in echo report I see mitral thickness but I don't know it's less than 5mm or more than 5mm
When in combination with a prolapse of minimal 2mm beyond the mitral annulus, the thickening of mitral leaflets measures less than 5 millimeters it is often called non-classic and >= 5mm called classic.
The thickness of the leaflets is often not reported as a value.
The report might use descriptive terms like thickened, stiff, flexible, etc., which might give some indication.
