Cardiac Muscle Bridge

I was just dx with a moderate cardiac muscle bridge during a workup done because i had been experiencing chest pain.  The doc said it's nothing to really be concerned about.  But how do i differentiate between the pain i occasionally have from that condition and a pain associated with a heart attack?

You wouldn't be able to differentiate the source when it happens, but with a heart attack there would be heart muscle damage.  Heart muscle damage would/could cause impaired left ventricle functionality and heart failure.  Heart failure symptoms would be shortness of breath, fatique, fast heart rate, respiratory edema and sometimes peripheral edema as well, etc.
