Chest Pain

I am a 25 y/o female 5'3 158 lbs...Sometimes after laying down on my left side, bending over, or just after doing random things, I have a sharp pressure in the middle of my chest. It will worsen if I move my left arm around and I can also feel pain in my jaw. It usually lasts a few minutes and then goes away. I dont have any other symptoms other than sharp chest pain, pain in my jaw, and left arm. What could this be? Is it possible to have a heart attack at 25?

You should get it checked out, I doubt if it's cardiac in nature as pain related to your heart don't usually persist over many days or weeks, but better to be safe. Ask your doctor about costochondritis, it is an inflammation of the joints where your ribs meet your sternum and can cause the symptoms you describe. It can come on with a virus or injury or just by laying or bending the wrong way. It's worth mentioning, but do get checked out to be safe.
