Chest Pain

I've been experiencing very mild chest pains from time to time. Sometimes I get a sensation in the center of my chest when I exert myself suddenly. My endurance during running has decreased over the last couple of months as well. I've been to my doctor and he says that I have a heart murmur. The ECG did not reveal anything abnormal. My blood pressure is reasonable (typically 135/77 - I measure it daily). I'm scheduled for an Echocardiogram and Stress Test. I'm also carrying a Nitro spray as a precaution, although I haven't had to use it.

Can a person experience the Angina or Coronary disease symptoms when their blood pressure and heart rate is normal?

Looking forward to an answer

The readings are taken with at least 5 minutes rest. Sometimes the reading will be 125/72 on the 2nd or 3rd try. My BP has been like this for the last 20 years.
