Chest Pains

I am 16 years old and very fit (at least 7-8 hours of football/soccer a week.) Sometimes, not all the time i get chest pains. It happens when I am doing exercise, generally football, and has no particular pattern. I can happen in the middle of  a game when I have been running around for 45 mins, or at the start of a training when we are just warming up and I have not yet become out of breath. Just wondering if this is bad/normal/ or if i should be worried
