Chest pain, tighten, hard to breathe before sleep?

Hi, I'm 16 year old female and I'm not a smoker, fyi. I've got chest pain, and feels tighten and sometimes pain at the left upper breast area and sometimes left but this rarely happens. Before I go to sleep, I feel like short of breath and I need to inhale more. Then, my heart beat hard and fast since I'm scared. Oh yea, I also feel that the burp stuck in my throat. Sounds silly though.

Last time, I've already checked up my heart, lungs and blood and the doctor said it's normal. Nothing's wrong. So, I wonder, Is it due to Anxiety or what?

Well, since my heart and lungs are okay, I checked up my nose and ear and my doctor says something like a lump.. I don't know in my nose that need to be decrease. Is that the causes that I can't breathe properly? Cause it feels okay when I breathe in mouth but in nose, I feel a bit of oxygen coming through.

Hello, before attributing your symptoms to anxiety, it would be important to be absolutely sure that there is no other cause for your chest discomfort, shortness of breath, heart racing, and throat discomfort. It sounds as if your symptoms have been evaluated in the past, but it is not clear what type of work up has been done. For example, if your palpitations are causes by an irregular or fast heart rate, an ECG or Holter monitor might help with making a diagnosis.  Your best plan would be to discuss your symptoms and concern about anxiety with your doctor. Together, you can evaluate other possible causes, or manage the cause and symptoms of any possible anxiety.
