Chest pain and elevated heart rate

I have been having a constant chest pounding and pain radiating all over my left and right breast area, all tests done proved negative for heart condition but the pain rather than decreasing, seem to be increasing in intensity.  I am on LISINOPRIL-HCTZ 20-25MG and BYSTOLIC for HBP I am also on PRAVASTATIN for Cholesterol. I recently had to stop the Bystolic because my heart rate was low between 45-62. I am 54 and I excercise a lot yet nobody seem to know I have this chest pain and constant fatigue. I need help so bad. My heart rate sometimes goes as high as 120.

Thanks I will try and do that. The Dr said it could be muscle strain.

"and I excercise a lot "
Hi, stop exercising!  For a week or two, and see from there. You haven’t say what you do, but sometimes we must totally change our routine we cannot do what we did before.
Hope you find the right  thing what you can continue doing  after taking a break !
