Chest pain with left arm numbness & pain

I'm a 18 year old female, light smoker with no history of heart disease in my family. Lately, I've been having extreme pain in my left arm followed by numbness and chest pain. about 2 days ago it was so bad that i could barely keep myself standing and i felt nauseous. it passed after about an hour and a half. but i still have chest pain and left arm numbness/pain. did i have a heart attack?

i when to the hospital for this twice a while ago and they told me that it was unlikely i had a heart attack. and the second time they ruled it as heart burn. so i don't know.

you should really see a pcp and ask to see a cardiologist. i had symptoms like that too and i would always go to ER thinking that i was having heart attack or stroke. i am only 27 and no i wasn't having those but i did have a heart problem that required a pacemaker. you really need to take action now because usually the longer you wait can cause more damage to the problem.
