Chest pain

I just did a fairly intense cardio workout for 30 mins, I haven't done any proper cardio in my life and smoked for 5-6 years, I stopped 2 years ago though.  When I finished in the gym (After doing some Bicep and Abs workout) I felt a chest pain when I bent over, now when I breath in through my nose I can feel it too, it's also on the right side like mentioned here.

Did you guys pain go away fairly quickly? It does seem to be cardio related.

This discussion is related to Chest pain after exercise, not during.

Also, with cardiac pain, movement and deep breaths will not worsen or lessen the pain.  The pain remains the same regardless of breathing and moving.

There is validity for a heart issue when there is chest discomfort, chest pain, etc. but it goes awwy with rest within a few minutes.
