Constant bounding pulse, headaches and tinnitus

Hi, I am a 29 year old male, previously fit but I have been struggling for the past 12 months with a constant and visible bounding pulse all over, the bounding pulse is very strong in my neck, abdomen, back, groin, rib cage, feet, wrists, arms and head. It literally shakes my body in bed it is so powerful.

My blood pressure and bpm are fine I have been seen by a cardiologist. They performed an echo, 24 hour ecg and stress test and everything was normal. I have a number of other symptoms also, most noticeable is that my vision has changed and it feels like I am spaced out a bit and also I have tinnitus both pulsatile and high pitched keening.

My GP has said that I may have hyper dynamic circulation but he is not sure what is causing it.

I have also been seen by ENT, Neurology, Gastroenterology, Immunology and I have been to the opticians about the visual issues. I have had numerous tests including head mri, numerous blood tests etc.
