Heart attack or ulcer? How long should I wait to call a medivac?

A few days ago I had nausea, loss of appetite and pain in the upper left part of the abdomen. I began taking Zantac and symptoms seemed to worsen instead of going away:

Three days ago I also started having some kind of pressure in my diaphram, exactly below the sternum and between the chest bones. Yesterday night this became severe and I couldn't breathe. When it was time to sleep, there was also pain in the chest, mainly in the middle but also in the left. It would radiate to my neck and prevented me from sleeping. These pains were becoming more severe everytime I had a strong heartbeat, which I had every five to ten seconds. When these strong heartbeats became less frequent, only then I was able to sleep. There was also dizziness.

Today I woke up a bit relieved and my appetite seems to be returning to normal, but all the other symptoms started again when I ate. Should I call a medivac if they prevent me from sleeping again?

You need to make a dr appt this week go in and be checked, weather it's heart or stomach, they can get you back on track and you will feel better, plus peace of mind will make you feel lots better, yes stop drinking it can really mess your stomach, liver, kidneys up bad. I always had problems with my heart. At least I thought so. Everytime I was smoking weed I had a pounding heart and mild chest pains. I had it again when I took Etiapin. But a month ago I had it checked out and there was nothing wrong. So I thought there was a stomach problem instead.

But yesterday it was different. I mean I gave my heart a pretty hard time for a week trying to stop alcohol and sleep sober while thinking that my stomach may be suddenly perforated if there is an ulcer. Everytime there was a little voice out of the window I was jumping out of bed and it was pounding again.

The problem is, it is a heart problem now or a stomach ulcer? That's a question. I've been through worse stomach problems before and I never felt pain in the diaphragm or had a pounding heart and chest pain for two days in a row.

I say you call your dr don't play with your heart, have test ran so you will know what's going on. If you have chest pains always have it checked out, hope you have a better night

The diaphragm pain seems like there is something like a pill or little stone stuck in my esophagus and I want to throw up just to get it out.
