Could It Be My Heart?

I've been having "episodes" where I get this weird "air" feeling in the upper chest/esophagus, and I get a palpitation. It's get's hard to breathe, and I get nervous, but It only lasts for 1-2 seconds. My heart rate doesn't increase, and my cardiologist tells me it's stress.

I have Aortic Regurgitation, but I've been told a million times it's not my heart. (I've been told that this is not a symptom and that I  won't need any intervention until I am in my 50's. I am currently 28.)

The worry I have is this is a symptom I  started having maybe 2 months ago. My doctor, again, still says it's nothing and that my heart issue is super minor.

What do you think? I do notice it after I eat, but I am a hypochondriac.

My BP, O2, and Pulse are all under control.
