Could This Be Heart-Related?

JKJ
Hi-Since Monday I've been having moderate-severe stomach pain (was actually in the ER on Tuesday to r/o appendicitis).  Sometimes the pain travels up to my upper stomach and chest (I have angina), I've been very nauseated, extremely tired and having dizzy episodes.  The doc dx me with possible diverticulitis...now I'm wondering if this could be cardiac-related.  I have a hx of SVT with 2 prior ablation procedures and a long hx of angina.
The biggest problem is that I'm a vet and have to use a VA hospital and the care there is horrid.

Any thoughts????

I've already had my gallbladder removed several years ago...also already had my R ovary and tube removed (as they were thinking female issues).  I've never vomited.   The pain is like a very bad cramp.

Everyone I know (which is approximately 100 people family members) who have or had heart disease would complain of a nausea in their stomach like the flu.  The pain was not sharp or stabbing.  Diverticulitis on the other hand is very painful.  Do you get sick after eating?  If so, it could be your gallbladder which procedures crushing feeling in the chest and crushing stomach pain which travels upward to the chest (it's really bad).  Also, a stomach tumor can cause chest pains but a lot of the time they do not cause stomach upset.
