DOBUTAMINE ECHO v NUCLEAR PERSANTINE MIBI

Can someone pls explain why they were unable to do a dobutamine echo on me.  (A cardio came in and looked at the pictures at the request of tech and nurse. Then they all left room). They claimed it is b/c I have ribs.  AS IF I am only one!  I am small boned and frame but do have shall we say large breasts.  I have had echos before as well as stress test and there was never a problem. The doctor has never returned my call and the nurse wont tell me anything except I have now been scheduled for a nuclear persantine MIBI.  This does not sound right and I am very unhappy with these doctors.
Thanks for any help!!

No, the test is not painful.  When they injected the reversal was stinky.  I can say it hurts but not very.  May be he pushed too quick.

They said they saw a black spot on my right breast.  They want to make sure is there a lump in my breast.  It can help him to interprete the picture.  I was very upset.  What's wrong with my right breast?  I've left chest pain, not right?????

My stress duration only last 1.5 minutes.  The dr there terminated it.  He said he doesn't want the rate goes that fast.  He also said he wasn't happy with my pictures.  Go home drink a lot of strong coffee.  But my cardio said I passed with flying colour!

Tell me how yours one goes?  Get a copy of your report and post it in here.  We can compare it.  If you don't mind.  Good luck!

I have a Persantin Thallium Stress test done on 6th Sept 2006.  They did a breast and upper abdomen examination right there on me.  I felt like to cry.
