Dizziness and breathless feeling

Woke up this morning feeling dizzy lightheaded and jittery/shaky. Checked blood pressure which was fine. Now here we are 10 hours later, feeling mildly dizzy still, headache, feel shaky inside my body, and I feel like I can't get enough air, but my oxygen is 95% and my blood pressure is 109/65. Any ideas or advice or anyone that's experienced similar symptoms?

Now for those willing to read more, a little background. 27 years old, diagnosed with unexplained high blood pressure, tachycardia, mild Pvc's, severe anxiety and a host of other unexplained symptoms in my currently listing, I'm currently 20 days into a 30 day event monitor. For various other symptoms I've had ekgs, echcardiogram, treadmill stress test, Mri of brain, Mri of cervical spine  (neck), ultrasounds of the leg and abdomen. And a whole lot of blood work. Only thing found is mild regurgitation of 3 heart valves.

So please, don't be judgey, just looking for support, not criticism.

Thank you.

I know exactly how you feel most of what you described sounds like anxiety. For those of us who suffer from anxiety we like to believe we are that 1 in a million person that has the very rare problem that our doctors just can't find and that's just not true. The mind is a very very powerful thing. I have had so many panic attacks my ejection fraction in my heart dropped 10% below what it is supposed to be because I was under so much stress. I'm from a very small town so I was worried I wasn't getting a good doctor. My recommendation to you is go out of town see another cardiologist do your research find a highly recommended one. Just to give you. Peace of mind. But I promise its anxiety also seek out a interventionalist cardiologist who can do a heart cath. Even though you don't need one they will usually do it just to shut you up lol and I mean that in a good way. Just a peace if mind thing really.

I know where you are and I may not be able to give you the answer you want to hear but it sounds like it just your anxiety. Or a mild panic attack. I have been diagnosed with severe anxiety and have panic attacks every day which has stressed my heart to the point of hurting it. I am 25 year old male and had exact same symptoms I still have them daily. I have had every test under the sun been to the ER 100 times to be told nothing is wrong. Tried a ton of non benzo anxiety meds none of it worked and finally was pit on kolonapin (if I spelled that right) I am on a very mild does 1mg 3 times per day but I actually split those in half so I'll take a half of one I'm the morning and a half of one in the afternoon then a full one at night to sleep. It has done wounders for me thus far but I sounds like a mild panic attack to me. I hope you feel better but your bp is great so no need to worry there

Yeah I've had severe anxiety for many years now, couple that work panic attacks and ocd, not sure great combination to mentally fight. I do take klonopin actually. I'm also on a beta blocker for the blood pressure which is usually high if I don't take my beta blocker. But what concerns me, is there are a host of other unexplained symptoms, I didn't type them in the original post because I felt like if it was too long nobody would read it. But on top of the symptoms listed above, over the past few months I've had and other word symptoms, ranging from, walking up in the middle of the night with my heart racing, left arm numbness, tingling and weakness. Also, mildly swollen right leg, constant headaches, pain in right leg, pain and tenderness in left shoulder, dizziness, lightheaded feelings, jittery and shakiness and my right eye slightly bulging. With my anxiety and everything, my brain tries to find a connection between all these symptoms, I'm willing to admit that a good portion of them may be anxiety related, I do feel like though that deep down there may be something wrong as well, we just haven't found it yet. Everybody around me thinks I'm crazy and imagining it all, the stress of it and the fear are the worst.
