EKG diagnosis of the myocardial infarction (heart attack) is not always straight forward.  Differences between EKGs in the same person can be attributable to heart attacks or things as simple as placement of the EKG leads.  It sounds like your diagnosis is based on the machine interpretation of your EKG, which works through a general algorithm that tends to overcall things.  Yes, it is possible that your EKG findings could be from a heart attack, but they are by no means very specific.  You should talk with your doctor.
