Does anyone else have a myocardial bridge after an hour or more of exercise?

I have had about a dozen episodes over the past three years where I have a linear flash of pain in my heart area and then my legs seem to cut out and lose blood flow -- mostly when running up hills.  This only occurs after an hour of intense running or two hours of jogging.  I have passed all stress tests (too short in duration) and none of the scans can detect a bridge easily.  Doctor is against a coronary angiography due to its risks.   I am thinning my blood but without a proper diagnosis I feel trapped between simple passing tests and more dangerous ones that could detect my problem.

Interesting.  In the literature, the symptoms of myocardial bridge seem to be more heart-oriented, in that the discomfort is described as similar to that of a classic MI, with chest pain and pressure, left arm or left jaw pain, and excessive fatigue, whereas you describe a 'flash' of chest pain and then your legs fail or run out of gas.  I assume you're referring to a symmetrical leg weakness?

If it's symmetrical and fast-onset, involving only leg failure, that doesn't sound like heart.  It makes me wonder about a nervous system glitch.
