Does this sound like a heart attack about to happen?

Alright, so I'm gonna do my best to try to fill you guys in, so bare with me. I'm 21 year old male. I have severe anxiety and ocd and I do take 5 different medications for that. I am extremely overweight and not very active at all.

About 4 months ago I went to the ER complaining of dizziness, shakiness, and a burning sensation on the skin of my chest. They did blood tests and ekg as well as hooked me to a heart monitor, and everything was fine. The doctor said I had an inner ear infection which was causing my dizziness. He gave me some medicine which seemed to relieve everything except for the shakiness, i get that every now and then.

2 months ago I went to the doctor and he diagnosed me with gynecomastia. He also took my blood pressure and it was 124/80 or something.

Just yesterday I went back to the doctor cause of some breast issues I was having. I was really nervous I had breast cancer so I was pretty anxious. He took my blood pressure and it was 158/108. He said the thinks that was because I was real nervous and he told me not to worry about it. I didn't mention that for about the last week, about 1-2 times a day, I randomly get a VERY QUICK pain feeling in my chest that expands 2-4 inches. its kind of like a quick pain/shock kind of feeling, its hard to describe, but just know its a very quick one. I've also had my dizziness and burning to my chest return, but he thinks the burning chest sensation is my anxiety.

Do you think I'm gonna have a heart attack soon? If it were gonna be a heart attack, there wouldnt be numerous like I have which leads up to a heart attack would there? or would it all just happen at once?

im really scared something bad is gonna happen to me. hopefully one of you can relieve my worries. thanks

Anxiety and OCD are symptoms of serotonin deficiency. I had severe serotonin deficiency due to vitamin B12 malabsorption.  My anxiety was really bad due to hypothyroidism and magnesium deficiency. You aren't going to have a heart attack so don't panic. Time to look at WHY you are suffering serotonin deficiency symptoms because you don't have 5 drug deficiencies~!

But before I list the symptoms and causes of serotonin deficiency, here is some info from a few articles on the new study published Sept. 2 in the Annals of Internal Medicine...

"People who avoid carbohydrates and eat more fat, even saturated fat, lose more body fat and have fewer cardiovascular risks than people who follow the low-fat diet that health authorities have favored for decades, a major new study shows." - New York Times - Study says low-carb diet leads to reduced body fat

***

"The results were stunning: The low-carb dieters lost about 12 pounds, while the low-fat dieters lost 4 pounds even though both groups consumed the same calories.

What's more, the low carbohydrate dieters lost more body fat and scored better than on a test that measured their chances of suffering a heart attack or stroke within the next 10 years. Physician Dr. Lydia Bazzano, the lead study author, was surprised that a low-carb, high-fat diet could prevent heart disease better than a low fat diet, which has long been prescribed for heart patients."
