Can MVP cause sudden, visceral stomach lurches?

I've experienced skipped beats and associated symptoms ever since I was diagnosed with MVP in my mid-twenties (I'm now in my mid-fifties). I've learned to ignore (or at least live with) the PVC's and other worrisome symptoms but recently I've been experiencing sudden, very visceral stomach pains - something like a sudden blow to my upper stomach that seems to send my entire body into a brief (a second or two) spasm. They occur both at rest (usually) and sometimes while exercising (rarely). After these episodes I feel nervous, shaky and weak for hours.
Is this heart related or stomach related? Or directly linked to MVP?
I recently had a complete nuclear stress test / + echo and everything checked out ok but these episodes (once or twice a day, but they come and go with no particular pattern) are really weighing on my mind to a point where I'm constantly dwelling on them and/or anticipating another attack.
Any advice?

I don't think these are heart related.  To be certain I would recommend wearing a Holter monitor and making sure that you capture your heart rhythm during one of these episodes.  MVP itself has not been linked to such symptoms, but if they really represent an abnormal heart rhythm than it's possible.  None of those above mentioned tests would be helpful in this situation because they don't tell us what you heart is doing in terms of its rhythm during those episodes.

Thanks for the info... I've worn a Holter but don't think an attack occurred during that time frame, I can sometimes go days or weeks without the sensation. I'm afraid that I could wear a Holter on and off for a long period of time and still not capture the episode.
The most troubling feature of this symptom is that it seems to happen in time with my heartbeat (although I can't say for sure) and feels (for lack of a better word) like an electrical pulse. Sometimes it's mild, sometimes it's intense - like a strong kick deep into my upper gut. The term 'lurch' didn't occur to me until I read it on another post. Guess it's a pretty fair description but my sensation is much more profound and hence troubling.
Thanks again!
