Echo shows some hypokinesis, what does that mean?

Had a stress echo doctor stated it was a bit limited and showed some hypokinesis and cannot rule out ischemia at higher heart rate. At resting reported left ventricular size, normal global systolic function with an estimated ef of 55-60%.

Post stress showed decreased left ventricular size, increased global systolic function with an estimated ef of 65-70%. No definite regional wall abnormality seen post exercise.
