This my echocardiogram results there is mild left englargement.setum and posterior wall of left are of normal thickness. There is normal contractility of left with fraction of 70%. There is aortic valve sclerosis with adequate valve opening. There is mild annular calcification.there is small posterior pericardial effusion without evidence of tamponade.doppler evaluation shoes mild mitral regurgitation there is mild pulmonary valve regurgitation. Also a vascular reports shows mild atherosclerosis. Could anyone tells me what that means. I am also going to get a stress test in April. Thank you
