Faint in the shower

I'm 12 years old and today i took a shower in the morning without eating or drinking. When i got in i felt dizzy and hot, so i had to get out. When i got out my vision blurred out, all i saw was black. So, using my hands i found a towel, then i needed to find the door so i was touching everything to try and find the door, i was getting frustrated because i couldnt see anything so thats when i fell to the ground and my vision came back. I got up but then my vision went black again and fell again. When my vision finaly came back i got up, and laid on my bed, still wet. The reason i did'nt call my mom up is because i had no clothes on. Oh and i got my first period a couple of days before that if that makes a difference and i take my shower pretty hot.
Thanks, please help!

Anemia (from bleeding or other) and dehydration can cause dizziness, especially after a hot shower that open up the blood vessels. It could just be from being tired and your period (hormone changes) and the mix of standing in a hot shower. When the blood vessels open up, your blood pressure slows down getting less blood/oxygen to your brain. If you dont have enough oxygen you will get dizzy. It also opens up pores, which is why you should never put on any skin patches or medicated/pain ointment after a bath or shower. I know this is a long ways off but this has happened to me and it got worse when I was pregnant (hormone change)

If you ever find the cause, let me know. This happened to me after getting up to fast and i was so close to fainting but instead of hot water i immediately switched on the cold water, and that swung me back into consciousness really fast.
