Femoral Artery Tortuosity Catherterisation

Dear Doctor ,

The angioplasty planned for my father had to be dropped because of femoral artery tortuosity in both arteries. What is the way out in case a stent has to be put at the block in the right coronary artery.

It would be too risky to attempt using the femoral artery, so I would request they find a cardiologist familiar with entry through the arm.
