he is a special rehab facility he is on anticoagulation medican and iron supplaments to increase O2 in the blood
the have a exercise program twice a day and a special diet
they have nurses that moniter him and its in a hospital campuse so docs r not far off.
but they r in a diffrent country so i dont know whats going on at real time

you're welcome. After such major, major surgery, you should report EVERYTHING, and let the docs decide if it's significant or not.
Also, I'd have him moving as much as possible every day. Being sedentary can result in blood clots in the legs, which can be very bad.
I'd ask the docs if he is on "anticoagulation" to prevent clots. If not, I'd ask for it. I'd want graded compression stockings, not the unilateral graded kind. And so on.
All of that would be in the latest ACCP guidelines, newly out this summer - which are not widely adopted yet.

it could be "post-pericardiotomy syndrome", which happens in around 1/3. But in any case I'd call
also possibly but less likely an infection, whether from the surgery or from any catheter or whatever. I'd call the surgeon, to see what he says. There might be some med to prevent complications.
