Going crazy again,help?

I'm a 25 y/o male with severe obesity (330 lbs), currently working out everyday to correct this issue. I have OCD and severe anxiety about my heart that it puts me out of commission so to speak for weeks.

Recently after getting a little sick my symptoms started to flare up again, I saw a cardiologist back in September/October/November and they performed a battery of tests on me including 6 ECG's (going to multiple hopsitals/doctors), Stress ECG, Echo, 24 hour holter monitor, multiple blood tests all came back normal.

The pain that I felt back then has returned along with the anxiety about my heart. The pain is usually a  pinpoint chest-pain in front and on my back it felt like someone rubbed Vaseline on it and some pressure around up upper left arm. I did the stupid thing last night as read an ECG blog with cases of 25 y/o's healthy dying from sudden heart attacks due to coronary thrombosis and I'm afraid I'm next due to my weight.

The doctors have said I don't have diabetes, high cholesterol, and I don't smoke. I do have high blood pressure when I get anxious and my resting heart rate was 72 they prescribed me the lowest dosage beta blocker (ziac) to treat it and the blood pressure now ranges from 115 and heart rate resting is 54-60. The most terrible feeling is that if this can happen to athletic people who are in shape then it will happen to me and is a forgone conclusion and I just feel through the cracks on all the tests.

No idea what to do
Thanks for your time and knowledge.

you need to calm down and get help for your stress anxiety, if all your test are coming back normal than nothing they can do for you , you have got to get it together, i was where you are at one time, scared of every pain just knew i was going to die, funny thing is we put our heart at danger by scarey our self to death about it, it shoots our blood pressure up and its not good for our hearts, so calm down get meds for your anxiety, you will see it will make a great difference and things will start to go away. will they come back yes but when they do stop them before it gets to far. know you have had your heart checked out and its normal, its youer mind doing all of this. i let mine almost take over my life, i didnt want to go off, i ate very little i drove my hubby nuts and than i got MAD and said no more . so do it take your life back and dont think every chest pain is your last. loss that weight and start living YOU CAN DO IT.

I have a few things to add here as well.

Ibuprofen is a drug first designed for muscle cramping. If your pain goes away iusuing that, this is NOT your heart.

Athletes who die suddenly on the courts playing basketball or some other sport have beeen found at autopsy to have some form of cardiomyopathy; almost ALL of them died as a result of Hypertrophic Cardiomyopthy where the heart chambers are small and the walls are too thick; they are having "silent heart attacks" all of the time because the blood supply becomes outstreched by the thick walls. The muscle, lacking the blood supply becomes aggrevated and lethal arrythmias are the result causing death. If you had any of these problems, you WOULD know it and so would everyone else around you, including any ER doctor.

Heart related chest pain is never sharp, it is a dull, aching, sometimes chrushing type of pain. Sharp pain is generally due to muscle or cartiledge issues. If Motrin helps, this is probably the problem.

Anxiety can make things like this a thousand times worse so learn do deal with your mind issues and get help for that. You are living during one of the best times of your life; don't throw this away, it happens too often to the young who truely suffer as a result of severe forms of heart disease; they don't have a life.

Also forgot to add pain subsides when I take ibuprofen, which I don't know if that's normal or indicative of something.

I'm just posting another update to my insanity. I'm thinking of getting a cardiac CT scan, some of my doctors don't think I need it because it will just feed my anxiety. I bumped up my Prozac to 60mg in the hope it will help (has in the past). I'm still feeling pain mostly stabbing type pain in my sternum (about a 3 on the pain scale) and pain in my left arm occasionally towards the shoulder and some back pain associated with it all. Doctors think my muscles are super tense and that's what's causing it.

I'm a mess right now, I feel like if I go back to the hospital it will just feed the anxiety and after a clean ekg (2 days ago) ,clean stress, clean echo, clean multiple EKGs months ago, clean bloodwork, no high cholesterol I should be fine just my brain is tricking me into thinking I'm not.

Went to a doctor yesterday and he performed another EKG and listened to all my heart sounds and said the EKG is exactly what it was like 3 months back and the heart sounds normal. I had the pain when they took the EKG but I still have it intermittent sharp pain and dull achy. Can someone help me understand what is going on?
