I recently read a couple of articles about research that concluded that fat from diary as opposed to fat from animals actually helps rather than hurts our cardiovascular system. Are these findings valid and can we start eating unreduced fat products like coffee cream, cheese and ice cream to our heart's content(pun intended)?
It is true that fat from animals is worse than other fats, but that doesn't mean that dairy fat is good for you either. You have to pay attention to the entire nutrition content -- sugar, fat, etc. The main point is Everything in Moderation.
