I would advise you to obtain urgent medical help as the chest pains may be symptom of a heart attack and the swelling in the lower extremities heart failure. Seek emergent medical help immediately.
ankle swelling sounds like heart or kidney problem. chest pain and shortness of breath would also indicate heart problems...not a doctor just my opinion
You need to be evaluated by a doctor for your symptoms. How long have you had the symptoms? Do they come and go?
