Head hurts in pulses every time heart rate goes up?

So, I'm not gonna lie. I was masturbating yesterday and realized as soon as my heart started pumping harder, my head, specifically at the back near my neck. Started pulsing and throbbing in sync with every heartbeat. At first I thought nothing of it, but then I did it again today and it happened again! Could it be a blood clot blocking flow to the brain or am I just being paranoid?

Hello and welcome to the forum.  There is something called an exertional headache.  Do you think this could possibly be what you are suffering?  People get this after exercise which masturbation usually increases your heart rate.  There's actually a term for this sensation after sex called coital cephalgia.   https://www.livescience.com/25629-coital-cephalgia-sexual-headache.html  Talk to your doctor about it and don't be embarrassed.  You are not alone in this.

Probably not. If it occurs at rest I’d be more interested. When Covid is done getting seen by a physician is the only way to be sure.
