I am only 21 years old and ive been having cramps in my heart and while I have these cramps I cant lift my arm.When its over and I can move my arm again I feel pain lower to my heart and right of it. This started about three weeks ago and since then its been getting worst. It scares me because I know that in my moms side of the family they have had cardiac problems.

Make an appointment with your doctor to have it checked out. The likelihood that you have a cardiac problem is very low, but it should still be checked. There are a lot of causes for chest discomfort. It could be muscular, gastric or something else .. Don't worry, just give your doctor a call and have it checked out.
