Heart Disease

I had infarction 3 months ago. Now I am trying to restore my heart. In particular I walk 40 minutes every evening. One of two cardiologists approved this, the second did not recommend. Who of them is right?

I'm assuming you carry nitro pills in the event that you have chest pain.  I'm not a doctor, but I'd probably walk twenty minutes and see how I felt, if I had angina, I'd take a nitro and back off the exercise schedule.  If I didn't have chest pain, I'd walk a little farther, being careful to treat breathlessness like chest pain.
Do you trust one doctor more than the other?  That is an important matter.  Keep us informed.

It would be very difficult to answer this because there is no detail unfortunately. For example, do you know the size of the area of heart muscle affected? do you know the EF of your Heart? have you had a nuclear scan done?

Hi,
thank you for your answer. My EF was 25. Now it is 35-40. The area affected is on the back and low parts of my heart and it is large. I had Doppler tests and don't know about nuclear scans.
Once more thank you. Now I started to continue my walk over a rough country now more slowly.

The only thing you can do is to have an echo now and again to ensure your heart is getting stronger, rather than enlarging. The increase in EF is very good and promising.

Hi,
thank you for your answer. I take 6 kinds of pills recommended  after a heart attack. .The area of my heart  affected is on the back and low parts and it is large. Therefore, I think, a weak pain sometimes appears in my back when walking  and after some time vanishes.
.Now I decided to follow the advice of one of the doctors.  I started to continue my walk over a rough country now more slowly. Last evening I walked and felt good.
Once more thank you
