Heart Issue

Last month I went to the hospital for a severe soar throat and chest pain. As to my surprise the EKG results were pretty shoking to the doctors due to my age (28). I don't remember the name of the diagnoses of the EKG, however the doctor told me I was not getting enough oxygen to my heart. I was under the impression the reason I was having the chest discomfort's was due to my cold. The doctor on call wanted to admit me so he could run a series of test on me, but I had my fiancee and 10 month old son with me and I had to refuse treatment. I later went home and had the same issues, so I returned to the same hospital. This time I returned it was a total different environment. Different doctors and different nurses. They were very rude and inexperienced. So rude, after six hours of no treatment, I left. These discomforts and pains in my heart are still coming and going. Today it feels worse than usual and I am worried. The pain normally rotates into my shoulder blade down my left arm. Sometimes in my right arm. I have been experiencing a lot of gas and lately my stomache has been hurting more than usual. I've read all the signs and symptoms of a heart attack and it's almost accurate to the symptoms I am having, but I am hesitant about going to the hospital again because I am afraid it maybe just anxiety. Three months ago my 24 year old brother was murdered and I am not sure if what I am having is anxiety or if it really is an issue with my heart. I  don't want to go to the hospital especially with out any insurance if it's just anxiety. Does this sound like it could possibly be a heart issue or anxiety?

GET A COPY OF THE ABNORMAL EKG AND THE OTHER RECORDS FROM THE FIRST VISIT (YOU HAVE A LEGAL RIGHT TO THEM).    NEXT,  GO TO THE NEAREST TEACHING HOSPITAL (LOCATED IN MOST MAJOR CITIES),  YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND FRANKLY BETTER CARE IN THAT ENVIRONMENT!

I would follow the initial doctor's advise and get admitted to the hospital as this may mean that you are having angina or even a heart attack. If the first hospital won't admit you then go to another. Don't hesitate to go to the hospital because you think it is anxiety; that is a diagnosis of exclusion, and only to be ruled in once serious life threatening illnesses are excluded. Go to the hospital at once!
