Heart attack?

Recently one of my friends told me something that happened to him this weekend. He told me that he was seated for a long period of time, and then when he tried to stand up he got very light headed and the room started to spin. Before he knew it, his legs gave up from beneath him and he started shaking. He told me that the shaking was like he was being electrocuted... I was wondering if my friend sustained a heart attack, seizure, or if he just had a panic-like attack. He hadn't slept for more than 2 hours in a 48 hour time span and still sometimes has heavy heart beats...

Any help you can give me would be appreciated.

Not sure, but his symptoms do not seem suggestive of a heart attack. He would have to either be evaluated by an urgent care center with EKGs and extensive lab work to be fully evaluated for the presence of a heart attack.
