Heart disease or vitamin deficiency?

I am a 26 year old woman. I have a history of heart disease in my family. I take Inderal 10 pills every morning and night for my heart palpitation for more than five years. I do not eat that well because of my appetite and the palpitation I get after eating. I also do not exercise much. For the last three months I have experienced general weakness, nausea, loss of appetite, weak short term memory, low blood pressure, shortness of breath after launch or exercise, heart palpitation specially after eating, dizziness after exercise, depression and anxiety. I consulted my MD about two months ago. He prescribed some blood tests and about 7 sessions of B complex, B6 and B12 shots. All my blood tests were normal. The injections helped a lot especially about my anxiety and depression symptoms. My appetite and nausea also got better. However, it came back after a while and I started taking B complex supplements which helped a lot again. But, I still have heart palpitation, general weakness, left underarm chest pain which goes away by resting. Do you think I should see a heart specialist?

Yes, you should see a doctor as some of your symptoms could be heart related.
