Heart disease

I have been diagnosed via an Echo and TOE as having mild Tricuspid regurgitation and enlarged right side of heart.
I suffer with breathlessness, palpitations and swollen legs and ankles.
I am on Proprananol.
What other treatment is available?

Mich if I were you I would talk with your cardiologist and go over every possible treatment, therapy, medication, or surgery to improve your situation, or you can ask a doctor on here but they charge money for a reply !  and only give a general answer.
