Heart issues.

I had a quadruple bypass on April 5th of this year. At first everything seemed to be going good after surgery, but last month I started to have chest pains again (Also I am diabetic and the surgery was the result of my 3rd heart attack, I am 41). I went to the er a couple times over the pain, but they kept telling me it was anxiety.  Soon after my last visit, my left leg began to swell, and swell huge, basically double its normal size. I went back to the er a couple weeks ago over it, but they had the attitude of "Not this guy again". Yesterday, I start having horrible chest pains again, they lasted all through the night and haven't stopped, I have taken my night time insulin and 2 shots this morning and my sugar continues to climb.  And I don't know if this is related, but my left cheek and I started to spasm around the same time and have not stopped.. Anyone have any ideas, or am I just all over the place here?

Chest pains are common after surgery but that's just where you have gone through trauma and need to heal. Those pains are far different from pains in the heart given out as a warning for lack of oxygen. What tests have they done to ensure your bypass has not closed down? My triple bypass lasted 3 months and I had to threaten them with legal action to take me seriously. They did a ct-angio and discovered I was correct and were shocked. I have always wondered why they were so shocked because I met patients who had their bypasses fail after just 2 weeks. Push for a ct-angio and find out if the bypass is still functioning. They can't tell by just talking to you.
