I am from Pakistan. My fiancée is bearing (not continuous only in great stress) severe heart pain from the last few years. He is 24 years old. Doctor has suggested him to take dose of Cardiolite 50mg. But i want to ask that if i replace my heart with his....it will be safe for him or not? and can anybody please inform me about the expenditure for this operation?

I don't think that's possible. The chances that your hearts match (not speaking like in love) are slim to none. Even if it was possible, why do it?

First, if he is 24 years old and this pain occured with mental stress for several years, it's not even certain it's cardiac related. It may be as easy as tense muscles. Angina pain usually don't happen in young people. There are congenital heart diseases but I would guess that would have caused symptoms earlier.

Second: Even if it is heart related, treatment isn't to replace the heart. Doctors can do amazing things, connect new blood vessels or open clogged ones.

Third: If you switched hearts (if that was possible), that would give you the problems. I understand you're trying to be a loving fiancee and it's adorable that you wish to relieve your fiancees pain, but there are really lots of better options than this :)

I'm no expert, just my opinions. Good luck and please see the doctor to talk this through..
