Heart papilations, difficulty in breathing, anxiety in 18 y/o. What's wrong?

Hello, everyone. I've been struggling with these symptoms for a while. I'm a very anxious person and I'm currently visiting my relatives across the Atlantic Ocean. Every other day my symptoms get worse, I get heart palpitations and extreme anxiety alongside with breathing problems, which trigger the lack of sleep. My mind is racing and I feel like I'm loosing my mind. Today I only get to sleep for 4 hours. I basically passed out of exhaustion. The lack of sleep makes me feel so nauseated. I don't know what to do I have a flight back home in two days and I'm scared I won't get better until then. I do not drink any caffeinated drinks, nor smoke or take any medications except for vitamin supplements. I have a history of high blood pressure/heart rate, but have had ecg and blood tests done at the beginning of 2016 and they came out alright.
