Help please in understanding my echocardiogram report

M mode measurements RV 2.9cm Ivs 0.7 cm Lvedd 5.9cm Lvedd 4.0 cm Lvpw 0.7cm FS 33% EF 61%  AO Root 3.3 cm ACS 1.9 cm Lt atrium 4.4cm Ra 3.6 cm  thank you.

Most are measurements of the size of the heart chambers.  For me, in my mind, the most important measure is EF, yours is 61%, which is good!  When your heart beats, it first fills with blood, then squeezes out that blood.  Normally about 66% gets squeezed out.  This is called the Ejection Fraction.  Anything above 55% is considered "normal".  Down below 30% is considered heart failure.  Hope that helps at least a little.  DISCLAIMER: I am not a doctor, I am not qualified to provide medical advice.
