Help reading holtor monitor results

I am looking for some help interpreting the test results below, if some could help I would be very grateful!

I have been having tingling in my leg (and now right side of face), was woken up three times (in 3 months) with pounding heart, feeling dizzy - really scary.  I get very short pains in my chest - like a pin prick.  Also, I get longer, very dull aches.  Also, heart palpitations.  My doctor told me it was anxiety and prescribed me an anti-depressant.  I am not taking it.  I don't believe it is anxiety - I am a very calm person, I handle stress very well (and I don't have much stress to begin with!), and have a positive outlook on life.  All of this has been going on for 3 months now.  I saw an internist who order 3 separate 24 hour holtor monitor tests (each 1 week apart).  The first one was almost 2 months ago.  My family doctor was useless in helping me understand the results, and the internist's secretary said that the doctor wouldn't book a follow up appointment unless she saw something to be concerned about.  I have since had a echocardiogram (last week) - which took 2 months for me to get into that appointment.  My doctor hasn't received the results, and the internist secretary said she won't receive them for about 3 weeks, and even then, she won't book an appointment with me unless there is something that warrants investigation.  I am scared that things are just going to slip through the cracks - and I have no one to ask questions to.

I think what my holtor says is that I have palpitations, but they aren't frequent enough to be concerning - this is weird to me - because until 3 months ago, I NEVER had a palpitation (that I felt) - but then they started all at once and I feel them every day.

Oh - also my doctor tested me for Thyroid (TSH) and it was normal - but when I asked about other test that I read about - T3 and T4 he refused - saying that TSH was the only test that mattered.

I don't have the results of all my holtor tests (my doctor couldnt find them!) , but here is the only one I have:

Hi it looks like you are having a lot if ectopic beats which on there own, although feel horrid are not harmful. Bigeminy is when you experience 3 ectopics in a row, this also feels horrid!! I hope you have a follow up appointment to discuss the findings? Try to stay away from caffeine, make sure you drink plenty and try not to get too tired as all of these can make things worse. Good luck with things. Hope it settles down.

Thanks!  The doctor that ordered the tests won't see me because there is nothing she needs to see me about - she has referred me back to my family doctor.  He said there was nothing of particular concern - he gets heart palpitations too if he drinks too much coffee.  I told him that I never drink coffee.  I'll put a focus on staying hydrated and see what happens.  I have a whole bunch of other symptoms too, and I posted a note in a different forum about these!
