High Blood Pressure Symptions

I understand high blood pressure produces few symptions. Are there any symptions at all, like feeling dizzy, headache, etc.

I have high BP  and when my BP  goes up  my chest tighting,s up and i found out I
have heart blockages  and now  I have 5 stents in my heart,,if you have any tightness
or burning in your chest,get checked please.

Sometimes, rarely, people get headaches, as jude mentioned. However, mostly, there are no symptoms, which is why hypertension is often called the "silent killer".

I HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE AND DON'T TAKE MY TABLETS AND SOMETIMES I HAVE THE WORST HEADACHES .....AND I FEEL TERRIBLE AND WHEN I CHECK MY BLOOD PRESSURE IS THROUGH THE ROOF....SOMETHING LIKE 195/100
