I'm wearing a 2 lead event monitor right now, I keep having these random isolated palpitations that feels like something is rolling over in my chest for about 2 seconds. But occasionally the rolling in my chest lasts as much as 5-10 seconds and causes me to blackout but i have never completely 100% fainted (probably would have once if i hadn't laid down immediately in the middle of a store). Event monitor did catch one of the shorter ones that didn't make me faint (the fainting ones are not often). But the heart clinic called and said just to come see an EP in a few weeks, but it's not looking dangerous. I'm still worried about this obviusly, can you tell me what it sounds like to you?
Funny enough it seems like food high in fat, especially red meat, will agrivate this. My hemoglobin is high, but just a little. My echocardoigram and chest xray are normal tho.
