my B/P is normal all the time even after a strenuous work-out about 125/78, but for some reason my pulse is high, around 85-90 even when i am sitting or lazying on the sofa. I have googled by a** off but i have yet to find the reason. just to clarify -- i am a happy and cheerful person, with no tension, worries bothering me. i am happy.
