I ate a chocolate chip cookie 14 hours before my stress test will this be ok

Did you tell them before the test?  This is so me . . .   I've done things like that.  When pregnant and going for my diabetes test I ate a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.  Sigh.  Ended up then having to do the long version of the test which is literally hours long and slight torture.  Oh well, did it to myself.  In general, the rule is don't eat or drink anything but water 4 hours before a stress test https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diagnostics/16984-exercise-stress-test/test-details  Plus you are supposed to avoid caffeine which chocolate has.  But 14 hours before?  THAT should be fine.  Let me know how it went.
