I had a chest x-ray 6 months ago. And I just find out that the results are.. 1. Image lungs are clear. 2. Heart is not enlarge. 3. Aorta is tortuous and calcified  4. Diaphragm, soft tissues and and visualized osseous structures are intact. Can someone please help me understand the results more in medical term. Thanks!

First question; Any Kidney issues?
Im not a doctor but will try and help.
Firstly your lungs are ok.
Next your heart is normal, no enlargement. This is good too.
Your Aorta usually  travels down in a generally straight fashion. Yours is in a curved shape.(Tortuous)
The calsification is calcium and this can lead to problems over time with the valve. You will probably be sent for a Heart Echo. (Its an ultrasound test) It measures heart function and is also good at looking at the structure and the valves too.
Hope this helps you a little.
