Sometimes when I sleep my fast heart rate wake me up. Sometimes I can be setting looking at TV and it starts beating fast. Sometimes it can be 77, 81, 87, 91, 97, 101, 107 or 118 and anything in between.
Hello and welcome to the forum. We appreciate your question. I advise you to discuss this with your doctor. For most people, blood pressure lowers during the night but for some, it goes so low that the body then has to compensate to raise it and your heart will beat faster. Normal night time heart rate is 40 to 100. You are over that a few times, so please ask your doctor to evaluate you for tachycardia. Again, this could be due to a blood pressure drop during the night. https://www.webmd.com/heart-disease/atrial-fibrillation/what-are-the-types-of-tachycardia#1 Let us know what the doctor says.
