ICDs in kids based only on septum size

I wonder what your thoughts are about ICDs in kids, based only on "impressive" septum size--what's the risk of vs. not doing it early? My child is only 7, tall for her age and not thick---so would either go epicardially OR risk the veins...we are thinking we should risk waiting it out until she is bigger--this is her only risk factor,..so far, but her septum is very impressive--4.0 cm--lemon drop in shape.
