I'm experiencing chest pain and a numb foot whats happening?

I'm a 16 year old boy. These past couple of days, I've been staying up late reading, when last night I started to experience mild chest pain. A  couple of minutes later my left foot when numb. I instantly sought out help and went to a local hospital. Unfortunately, I live in a developing country with an underdeveloped health care system. All they did was check my heart rate and blood pressure. The doctor blamed these symptoms on stress and fatigue even though I feel no stress at all and get a good amount of sleep daily. I may stay up late, but I wake up late to make up for it. I'm no doctor, but I'm positive there should be something that has caused this. I was barely checked and I don't think a simple blood pressure and heart rate check will be enough to conclude that I'm okay.
